What is Productivity Training?
Productivity training is designed to increase personal efficiency by eliminating tasks that keep you busy but don’t contribute much value.

These low-impact tasks, or “busy work,” tend to demand time and energy without delivering meaningful results.

“Productive work,” in contrast, focuses on long-term, high-value activities that solve problems and deliver results.

The main purpose of this course is to reduce the time spent on low-value tasks and redirect attention toward high-impact, goal-driven work—ideally spending 80% of time on genuinely productive activities.

To do this, we work across three areas: ourselves, our interactions with others, and the systems we use. We aim to refine our habits, improve collaboration, and upgrade systems to boost overall productivity.

Participants will also identify and replace common errors with positive, effective behaviours.
By the end of this training, you’ll walk away with clear, actionable strategies to increase output and drive better results.
