This programme is divided into four sessions.
We begin with a self-assessment, where participants score themselves on the six core skill sets. This helps highlight the areas they’d most like to improve. From there, we focus on goal-setting and building stronger, more persuasive communication.
We move into conflict resolution—how to deal with difficult conversations and challenging people. This module is always a highlight, as conflict is a common challenge. The session concludes with a focus on expressing appreciation and offering praise in the workplace.
The focus is on time management. You’ll learn how to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, reduce interruptions, and avoid time-wasting habits. In a world with endless demands and limited time, learning to manage priorities is critical. This session shows you how to work more efficiently.
We shift to emotional control. Everyone wants to feel more motivated, confident, and resilient. This session teaches you how to reduce fear, anxiety, and doubt—and replace them with optimism and drive. Once you’ve mastered this for yourself, we’ll show you how to inspire others in the same way.
